Send legal bundles, large PDFs, videos, CAD files and business archives through a protected exchange, rather than an ordinary email attachment.

Upload the file, address the message and choose the recipient access settings. The notification directs the recipient to protected content in their browser. Supported downloads are recorded in the activity history.
Certified sending binds evidence to the message and included files. A recipient can keep the evidence bundle and independently check origin and integrity. Evidence is different from a record that someone downloaded the file.
Use expiry and supported external access checks. Retracting a protected message blocks subsequent external access checks; it cannot retrieve files already downloaded. Downloads and exported copies remain outside that control. Short-lived download links already issued can remain usable until expiry.
The maximum below applies to one file. Storage is the amount retained; monthly transfer is the data allowance for the billing period. All use decimal GB/TB. Available storage, transfer and organisation policies can further constrain an upload.

Not always. External recipients can use the configured email verification or message access flow. An organisation or sender may require account login.
The system records supported access and download activity. An event does not prove that a person read or understood the content.
