See the recorded sequence
The application records events for sending, message access, email verification, supported file access and downloads, evidence-bundle downloads, retraction and denied external access. Vault permission and document-version changes also have recorded events.
Know what an event establishes
A message-access event means an access was recorded. It does not establish human attention, understanding or agreement. Download telemetry can describe an authorised delivery action rather than proof of a saved, complete copy. Notification sending and final email delivery are different states.
Activity records and signed proof answer different questions
Activity helps explain what the service recorded. Cryptographic provenance lets a verifier check the recorded origin and exact content against a trusted key. Neither should be described as the other.
Review and retain the appropriate evidence
Review recorded activity in the message history. Retain exportable evidence bundles for supported content, and discuss additional reporting requirements with us. Evidence bundles and activity reports serve different purposes.

Selected product views rendered locally from the application’s templates. These illustrate the interface; they are not a live customer session.
Review the recorded activity
Sending, email verification, message access, download activity and retraction are separate recorded events. Activity does not prove that a human read or understood the content.
