Is We Secure Data SaaS?
Yes. The standard service is hosted and operated by We Secure Data. Create a company workspace online when public registration opens.
Do I need my own cloud account or a sales call?
No. Starter, Professional and Business customers do not deploy infrastructure and can sign up without speaking to sales.
How do File Drop Pages work?
File Drop Pages let people outside your organisation send messages and files into your secure inbox without emailing attachments or using public file-sharing links. External senders do not need full Secure Vault access, and submissions can be stored and managed in Secure Vaults.
How is SaaS content protected?
Messages and files are encrypted in the browser before storage. Organisation separation, identity-based access and audit context protect the hosted workflow. Private Deployment offers a dedicated customer-controlled key and infrastructure boundary where required.
What makes We Secure Data different?
It combines secure messages, large file transfer, File Drop Pages, Secure Vaults and cryptographic provenance in one browser-based service.
What happens if We Secure Data is compromised?
The architecture is designed to avoid We Secure Data becoming a central holder of readable customer data. A vendor compromise should not expose a shared store of plaintext customer files, though endpoint security and identity controls still matter.
Can documents be verified offline?
Yes. Provenance verification is designed so document origin, sender identity evidence, and tamper status can be checked independently, including offline workflows.
Can I sign up now?
We Secure Data SaaS is currently opening through early access. Email sales@wesecuredata.com to join the waiting list and we will let you know when registration becomes available.
Will there be a free trial?
A self-service trial is planned as part of the public SaaS launch. Until then, organisations can register their interest for early access.
What plans are available?
Starter (£29/month) includes 2 users, 25 GB storage, 100 GB monthly transfer and 2 GB files. Professional (£79/month) includes 5 users, 250 GB, 1 TB transfer and 10 GB files. Business (£199/month) includes 15 users, 1 TB storage, 5 TB transfer and 25 GB files.
Can I add users?
Yes: £8/user/month on Starter, £10 on Professional and £12 on Business.
Does Starter include Microsoft Outlook?
No. Outlook integration is available on Professional and Business.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is equivalent to paying for 10 months and receiving 12 months, giving you 2 months free.
Do you offer a Private Deployment?
Yes. It is a bespoke premium option for organisations requiring isolated or customer-controlled infrastructure, keys, domain or branding. Contact sales for scope and pricing.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
These are Private Deployment options agreed as part of the bespoke scope.
Is We Secure Data suitable for regulated industries?
We Secure Data is designed for organisations with high confidentiality, integrity, and governance requirements. It can support regulated environments, but formal certification claims should be assessed against your specific deployment and controls.
